Ping Pong Pig by Caroline Church
This is a great book to pair with The Scallywags by David Melling. Both books illustrate cooperation and the problems that occur when folks don’t cooperate.
The farm life is disrupted when pig “flys” by jumping everywhere and causing a big mess.
This book is also one that could be used to teach cause and effect.
Students could predict what pig is going to do at the end when the animals see him at the top of the tree.
